1. Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your SelfieShow tripod for any reason, you may return it for a full refund of the product price.

2. Order Tracking
Once your payment is confirmed and your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking code. This code will allow you to monitor the delivery status of your package.

3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • In its original packaging and include all original parts and accessories.

  • The product can be used, but it must not be damaged, broken, or missing parts.

4. How to Initiate a Return
Please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at returns@easyselfies.com to request a Return Authorization Number and a prepaid return shipping label.

  2. Package the item securely in its original packaging.

  3. Include the Return Authorization Number clearly visible on the outside of the package.

  4. Use the provided shipping label to send the package back to our returns center at:

5. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

  • Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Provide your order number and photos of the damaged/defective item

  • We will promptly send a replacement at no additional cost or provide a full refund

7. Return Shipping Costs
We provide prepaid return shipping labels for all returns made under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Return shipping is free for the customer.

8. European Union & UK Customers
Your statutory rights are unaffected. Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee is in addition to your legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt.
